Golf Registration
Golf Outing Date: Friday June 21, 2024
Location: Bent Oak Golf Course
Time: Box lunch and practice range open at noon, tee-off at 1 p.m., dinner and awards presentation at 6 p.m.
Cost: No fee. Come and enjoy, OMF is subsidizing the event.

Register up to a foursome, or if you are short a few players, we will match you up. Non-golfers and families are invited to attend dinner.
PROPER DRESS
Men: Shirts with collars and sleeves, slacks (no denim), golf shorts or walking shorts.
Women: Shirts or sleeveless shirts (no tank tops), slacks (no denim), golf or mid-length shorts.
